Elizabeth Halliday-Reynolds, LMT talks about an Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurveda utilizes the curative properties of plants, herbs and essential oils to improve the skin’s health and relieve the stress, tension and emotion of daily life. The science of Ayurveda is thousands of years old and is still practiced to great benefit in the East. Sessions are personalized to ensure oils and pressure match the client’s needs. Our teacher Karyn Chabot likes to quote her teacher: “Love is messy, Love is oily!
