Our breath has the capacity to heal, bring us back to the present moment and help stabilize us during periods of intensity and stress. The best part is that our breath is always at the ready… always willing to serve us to help us heal.
During a Breathwork Circle we will use the breath to relax your mind and open your body to allow spirit and a much needed higher vibration to help heal your body, mind & soul from the inside out.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that helps breakthrough any blocks you have around anything that stands in your way of healing.
We will get started in a sacred circle, letting our intention of healing to be known. When we move into the breathing portion of our circle Melita will apply essential oils to get your energy centers flowing and burn sage and holy wood to transform the energy of your emotions to allow deep releasing. Melita will hold space for your healing as she guides you through every step of the way.
Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are… if you can breathe you are welcome to come to this healing circle!
